How to request deletion

1. Fill in at least one identifier (your Username, Email, or Phone).
2. Submit the form below to send your deletion request to our support team.
3. We’ll confirm by email and complete deletion within 7 days (usually much sooner).

What we delete

We delete account identifiers (username, email, phone) and all authentication data.
We keep fraud/log records and legally required transaction records for up to 90 days, then purge.

• Deleted: Account profile, username, email, phone, authentication credentials, sessions, and app data stored on our servers for your account.
• Not deleted (temporarily kept): Security/fraud logs and transaction records retained only to meet legal or fraud-prevention obligations, then permanently deleted after the stated retention period.
